The founders, Kris and Nicole McKenney received a late-night call in the early days of their aviation business. The call was from a friend who was close to a child that needed immediate air transport to from a small town in South Florida to a major hospital in Philadelphia so that he could receive a potentially life-changing therapy for his aggressive cancer. Because their business was in its infancy, they did not have the resources to help this family. After they hung up the phone, they decided to work as hard as they could so that one day the answer would be a resounding YES! Yes, we can help! Yes, we will gift you a flight so that your child can FIGHT!

Flight 2 Fight is dedicated to providing free, private non-emergency medical flights to children and their families to life-changing treatment facilities and hospitals. We work in concert with hospitals and caseworkers to ensure the flights are just what the doctor ordered — timely, safe and FUN! We use a dedicated staff of professional pilots in meticulously maintained aircraft to bring families to and from treatment. We are dedicated to fighting alongside families with seamless private air travel.

Private medical air transport can be costly and is an expense most insurance companies do not cover. Most families are unable to afford this medically necessary form of transportation.
